Are you registered with SEBI?
No. Sumi Solutions LLP is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst. The NISM certifications our team holds are professional qualifications, not a SEBI registration. Anything we share about stocks or other products is for general information only and should not be treated as investment advice. Please do your own research, or consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser, before making investment decisions.
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Stock market investments are subject to market risk and no one can guarantee returns. We do not make false promises or exaggerated return projections. What we offer is disciplined research, honest advice and our own "Skin in the Game" - we typically invest in the shares we recommend.
How do you select stocks?
We follow basic due diligence before recommending any stock - price relative to book value, PE ratio compared to industry and competitors, year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter growth in revenue and margins, DII/FII and promoter holding, and RoE and RoCE compared to sector leaders. We also look for sectors linked to the Government's growth agenda such as infrastructure, defence, green energy and railways.
